Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of SimpliBudget. Please read them carefully before using the app.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Pro Features: The App offers certain premium features ("Pro Features") that can be accessed through in-app purchases.

Subscriptions: Users have the option to subscribe to an annual subscription to access Pro features. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Lifetime Access: Users may also purchase a one-time payment for lifetime access to Pro Features.

Payments: All purchases are made through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and are subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions.

Management / Cancellation: Users can manage and cancel their subscriptions in their platform's account settings — App Store settings on iOS, or Google Play account settings on Android.

Disclaimer and Liability

The app is a personal budgeting tool and does not constitute financial advice. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.

We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance you may regularly rely), and only for the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use, for example to reflect new features or changes in the law. Changes apply only to purchases made after they are published on this page. The version in effect at the time of your purchase continues to apply to that purchase.
